We pride ourselves in providing a very high level of service to the Lodges we cater for. We understand that the whole process of organising a ladies festival can be a very stressful time for the Lodge organiser - be it a first time Worshipful Master or a Festival Secretary with many years of experience. From the time you make initial contact with us through to the day of actual event itself we 'hold your hand' every step of the way. We also understand the need to be flexible in the package offered so whether you just want us to organise the event on a 2 night dinner, bed and breakfast basis or put together a top end 'all singing all dancing' weekend we are more than willing to oblige. When you are first selecting a venue for your weekend the options we put to you are only ones who we feel have the necessary masonic ladies festival experience and can meet our high standards. Once you have decided on the venues you would like to see around we organise a day whereby one of our representatives will meet with you and show you around your chosen shortlist. It is also a great opportunity to meet face to face and run through any questions which may arise. After the venue has been booked we can also put together and send out a mail shot to all of your potential guests and co-ordinate their bookings as and when they come in. If necessary we can also handle monies colected. We are masons so we understand the importance of the ladies festival to a Lodge. With our vast experience we also understand how important the event is on a personal basis for the President and his Lady. Finally, the service costs nothing. We do not mark anything up - we get paid in commission by each venue. If you go direct you will pay the same price and you do it all yourself - or book through us and we do it all for you for the same amount - it really is that simple! |
